guess who's back

hey pple! back from perak at long last! I had wanted to blog about this for a long time but din really have the opportunity to do so. so here goes!

I went to perak on the 20th of may at 10 pm. the trip there was a 10 hour bus ride. I slept with Rachel (ok that sounds wrong) on the bus. hahahaah. I dun really recall much of the ride cause my eyes were closed.

Upon reaching there our first stop was caving!. We went into Gua temurang. The first part was fascinating cause we could see the various shapes formed by the stalcamites and stalcatites HOWEVER IT IS SPELT. Makes you really wonder at god and nature as a whole as the place was so magnificent and beautiful. Then the second part was the wet part. It was much more exciting and adventurous as we had to crawl, slide, swim, shiver through the various pocks in the cave wall to reach our destination. The whole process was really really nice!

NEXT STOP was WHITEWATER RAFTING! We took a small little inflatable raft and went to row row row the boat down lake tampur. I fell off the boat 2 times!. The first time i fell was in a rapid. It was really really cool cause i was just swept along by the current! i tried to swim against it but to no avail!. Then the second time, we were paddling in real shallow water when there was a sudden jerk! i fell of the boat and landed on HARD SOLID ROCK. OUCH! damm damm pain lah! I just lay there and stoned, cause i din want to get up!.

Then later that night we had a bonding session. Here is where we realised OAC is a cult! The whole group of them said stuf like " OAC is the center of my life." and " My life is OAC". IM sure they would marry OAC if they had a chance!

The second day we went to do CIP. We were like cleaning the houses and building cupboards, and stuff for them. real touching experience as these pple are really poor! their houses are so so dilapitated and flimsy im sure if like i farted it would collapse!

The last day we went to a hot spring. ouch. Burnt myself. Im seriuosly a sucker for dares. We were at this damm hot pool when Mr tan, Rachel and shuonan dipped their head into the poool. No one else dared. Then rachel tapped my shoulder and like" cephas go lah!" then the coward in me became a foolish retard and i plunged into the pool. OUCH.

YAY im back in singapore now.
